  What a nightmare! Orders wrong, senior staff promising to get things sorted out, orders still wrong. Delivery drivers not able to tell you the patient what company they are from when they ring, because of patient confidentiality!!
  If I hadn't been chasing there would have been a huge gap in my drug deliveries.
  Awful service and what are my Acute Trust paying for this abysmal service.
  Time it was sorted out, many letters of complaint to be written. All this and trying to manage health issues!
  I would love a response, but bet I won't get one!

  My brother had an appointment and i accompanied him. We were recieved well and it was a nice experience. The lady at the reception was very friendly, helpful and caring. The nurse who delivered the medication to my brother was very friendly and smart. I believe, from what i saw and experienced, its a nice place.
